Robert L. Miller

Funeral service will be Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 2 p.m. at

McConnell Memorial Chapel with George Whitten officiating.

Visitation will be from 12 until1:45 p.m. at McConnell Funeral

Home.

Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Mr. Miller was born September 2, 1939 in Limestone County to Robert Wade Miller and Bettie Lee Prater Miller.

Mr. Miller was a member of Isom's Chapel Methodist Church. He

enjoyed gardening and he loved his children and grandchildren very much. He was always helping others.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, James

Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Miller, one son, Dennis Wade

Miller and wife Amanda of Athens; one daughter, Debra Taylor and husband Frank of Athens; two brothers, W.L. Miller and wife

Louise of Athens; Henry Miller of Athens; two sisters, Irene Miller and husband Bud Mears of Nevada; Onedia Stoner of Athens; five

grandchildren, Landon Taylor and wife Justina of Athens; Lyndsi

Taylor of Athens; Christopher Miller and wife Zaidalis of Athens;

Jacob Miller of Athens; Hannah Miller of Athens; and one great-grandchild, Brayden Miller.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Griffin, Anthony Baugher, John Baugher, Dwight Stoner, Barry Miller, and Randy Miller.
