Visitation will be Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 10-11 a.m. at McConnell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ford passed away Tuesday September 19, 2017 at Athens Limestone Hospital.
She was previously a Science teacher at East Limestone.
She was born July 10, 1964 in Huntsville, AL, to Nancy and Jim Shew.
She is survived by her parents, husband Rodney Ford of Athens, one son Nathan Ford and wife Alex of Madison, AL; one daughter Caroline Ford; one sister Lori Lott and husband Rob of Atlanta, GA; one grandchild River Ford, two nieces Campbell and Carson Lott and numerous other children she adopted along the way.
