Mr. Martin is preceded in death by his parents. He retired after a lengthy career with General Electric.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Martin, six sons, Paul Martin of Arab, AL; Chris Martin (Ronda) of Decatur, AL; Tim Martin (Rita) of Greenhill, AL; Tristan Parcus, who is currently serving his country in the United States Navy, of Huntsville, AL; Jimmy Parcus (Patty) of Toney; Chandler Parcus of Madison, AL; three daughters, Martie Smith (Kevin), Lisa Hatchett, Nicki Parcus, all of Athens, AL; one brother, Larry Martin of El Dorado AK; ten grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service Friday, February 18, 2022 at Huntsville Memory Gardens at 10 a.m.
