Dorothy Knox

Visitation will be Saturday March 17, 2018 from 11-12:45 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

She passed away on March 14, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital.

Dorothy was born September 25, 1944 in California to William Hoffmann and LaVonne Funk Hoffmann.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Dorothy was a member of First Christian Church in Lebanon, Oregon. Dorothy was currently attending Cowboy Church of Limestone County and had many special friends there. She loved to travel. She was a loving mother and grandmother who also loved her cat Bernice.

She is survived by her husband Walter Knox of Madison, AL; one daughter Teresa Rogers and husband David; one brother Hugh Hoffmann, one sister Lucille Harvey and husband Tim of Oregon; three grandchildren Chase Crews and husband Jake of Springhill, TN, Katie York and husband James of Cullman, AL; and Sara Howard and husband Josh of Rogersville, AL; two great grandchildren Paige Crews and JJ Crews.

Pallbearers will be Tony Campbell, Ty Campbell, Brad Turner, Collin Kelley, Adam Dorsett and Mike Solcum.
