After a courageous battle with cancer, he passed away peacefully with his children by his side. Stephan was known for his love of animals, friendly manner, great faith and sense of humour. He always had time for a cup of coffee and conversation with everybody, even a stranger. In his final days his strength never wavered and he never gave up, even into his final hours being the wonderful father he was, he tried to comfort his children.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. Rita’s Catholic Church in Rockyford, AB on December 27, 2024 at 11:00 am.

Stephan is survived by his children Julianne (Dallas) and Joshua (Kira), best friends Jim, Laurie and Promila, his brothers and sisters Michael, Monika, Lothar, Sigrid, Mathias, Hans and Ursula.
He is predeceased by his son Greg, Mom and Dad Ursula and Christoph and his two brothers Christoph and Thomas.
