Diane's passing has brought back many fond memories of the years that we spent as friends and cross-the-street neighbours in Assiniboia.   Diane's smile, laugh and good nature made her always fun to be with.

Diane was always one of my favourite people in Assiniboia growing up. Always one of the nicest parents in high school, she was very kind, considerate and always smiling. There was never a time she wasn't friendly and she always sincerely cared about how you were doing. Remember her at Colin's hockey games. So sad to hear of her passing. I offer my sincerest condolences and deest sympathy to the entire family. 

Diane was one of my mom's (Patsy Lenihan) favorite people so that makes her one of my favorite people! Diane was always kind and generous and welcoming at Berggren family reunions, and I will always remember her for that and with love in my heart. Love and peace to you all.
