I was a classmate of Bob's at Cathedral and went swimming with him at the lake by his house. He was a fun friend.  My condolences to the family.

Bob was an extremely kind person and it is very sad to know of his passing.. Many of our mutual friends have passed..I first met Bob on Nokomis Beach, I found my way to be standing behind a group of drummers.. Bob turned and handed me a drum and offered to let me play it.. I accepted.. At the end of the Drum Circle he said take it home and practice, bring it back next week.. I returned the following week and immediately saw Bob.. I said I have a problem, he looked at me like I broke his drum, I said I like it and laughed.. We made an agreement and I bought that drum from him and we spent many Saturday evenings drumming on that beach.. Nobody else would have done that.. Bob was kind and nice..With a thousand people or more there on the beach at the drum circle, Bob never had an issue with anyone.. Bob will be missed by many.. May God bless Bob..Rest now, and be at peace...

Bob was a good friend throughout high school. Went our separate ways after graduation and lost touch. Got back in touch through the "magic" of social media several years ago. We spoke on the phone a few times and we could always text if Bob was in "Facebook Jail" (seemed to happen all too often). I will miss your wit and humor in your FB posts Bob! You will be missed my friend, may you RIP.......
