Cecil Faye Horner

Cecil Faye (nee McLeary) Horner, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 in St. Louis, MO at the age of 82. Cecil leaves behind her beloved husband of 64 years, Clyde "Joel" Horner; dear son Randy (Patti) Horner; cherished grandchildren Michael Horner, Ashley Davis, and Bradley (Rachel) Horner; great grandchildren Abbey Horner, Claire Horner, Kyle Horner, Isaac Horner, Crue Davis, Luna Davis, and Jayce Horner; brother Noah McLeary and sister Betsy Horner; many brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many much loved friends.

Cecil is predeceased by her parents, Marshal & Dorothy (nee Duniphan) McLeary and her son, Carl Dean Horner.

Born on April 12, 1942 in Sturdivant, MO, she married Clyde "Joel" Horner on April 16, 1960, sharing 64 wonderful & loving years of marriage. She was an active member of Canaan Baptist Church. Cecil loved her family and friends dearly and she will be truly missed and forever remain in our hearts.

SERVICES: Visitation 2-6pm Sunday, December 29, 2024. Funeral 10am Monday, December 30, 2024 Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, MO 63010. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery.
