Mark Sherman Rausenberger

Mark S. Rausenberger, beloved husband and father, died suddenly on May 23, 2016 while working in the Philippines. He was born November 7, 1967 in Davenport, Iowa. Mark was the beloved husband of Julie Rausenberger (nee Lange); dear father of McKenna and Molly Rausenberger; dear brother, uncle, and friend. Mark had extensive U.S. Government medical, security, and intelligence experience and served his country in combat zones and hot spots all over the world including Afghanistan, Iraq, and Somalia. He was an Army Veteran. Mark was often called a Renaissance Man because he was a person with many talents and areas of interest. He enjoyed archery, firearms, photography, motorcycles, and auto repair to name a few. He was an avid reader. Private arrangements are under the direction of Murphy Funeral Homes, Arlington, VA..
