IN THE CARE OF
Murphy Funeral Homes
In loving memory of a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, Luis Alfonso Arias. His soul departed from this earth on March 22, 2024, and so we gather in spirit to honor his legacy.
Born on March 1st, 1931 in Bogota Colombia, he was a ray of light, kindness, and strength. His stories, often filled with fun and lessons from a well-lived life, will resonate within us forever. The tendency to stop a neighbor or a grandchild for a quick Colombian idiom became the norm. A doting husband, loving father, and adoring grandfather, he nurtured his family with humor and guided them with integrity. His passion for sports and his unwavering spirit of camaraderie enriched the lives of all who knew him. As we bid farewell to this remarkable man, we find comfort in the indelible mark he left on our hearts and the community he loved so dearly. May his memory be a guiding light and a source of perpetual warmth for his family and friends.
