Henry Eugene Mitchell “Mitch” was born on September 19, 1944 and passed away at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Virginia on November 6, 2022. Henry is preceded in death by his father Henry Mitchell, his mother Vivian Gibson, and his sister, Trudy. Henry is survived by his sister Lillianne Swisher and her family of Loveland, Colorado and his other sister, Dawn Hanawalt and her family of Ft. Collins, Colorado.
Henry “Mitch” will be remembered for his strong sense of determination for life and his love and commitment towards all of his past and present dogs and cats. His animals brought him joy and love each day.
