Gary was born June 21, 1953 in Maryland to Joan Swarthout (Crump) and Philip Ward.
Gary is survived by his brothers Wyatt Ward, Mark Crump; and his nephew Michael Crump.
Gary was a dedicated Foreman in the Glass Industry. When he wasn’t working, Gary enjoyed gardening and was a proud Redskins fan.
Gary was preceded in death by his mother Joan Swarthout (Crump) and his father Philip Ward; and sister Marybeth Crump.
