William T. Morgan Sr.

He was born on November 17, 1938 in Wilson, North Carolina to Jasper and Nellie Morgan.

Bill was raised in Farmville, North Carolina where he attended and graduated from Farmville Central High School in 1955.

Bill served four years in the Air force as an F-3. He married his beautiful wife, Vandee in 1998 and they had 26 wonderful years together. Bill was a Manufacturing Superintendent at Bell Helicopter for more than 35 years before retiring.

In his free time Bill enjoyed multiple things, bowling, fishing, playing golf, and going to the casino. He adored going on cruises with Vandee and watching his Dallas Cowboys.

Bill’s family and friends will always will remember him as a sweet, caring and loving man who will be greatly missed.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Jasper and Nellie Morgan; brothers, David Morgan, Marvin Morgan, Roland Morgan, Charles Morgan; precious daughter, Patricia Morgan.

Left to cherish his memory, beloved wife, Vandee Morgan; daughters, Sherri Hill, Joyce Morgan; sons, Michael Morgan, William “Billy” Morgan Jr.; sister, Jacqueline Young; 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; 1 great-great-great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
