Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Friday at Moore Funeral Home. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Steven was a hard-working man who loved and lived his life to the fullest. He was a proud and loving grandfather to his many grandchildren, and loved his family dearly. Steven was preceded in death by his grandson, Mason.
Survivors: His loving and dedicated wife, Lorie Johnson; mother, Mary Chick of Crosby; father, Donald W. Johnson and wife, Donna, of Wichita Falls; son, Mathew Johnson and wife, Megan, of Pontiac, Ill.; daughter, Samantha Brooks and husband, Justin, of Fairbury, Ill.; brothers, Jeff Johnson and wife, Lynn, and Sonny Johnson and wife, Lori; sister, Tammy Papenthien and husband, Larry, all of Wichita Falls; grandmother, Lorene Johnson; grandchildren, Kayden, Zachary, Madissyn, Arianna, Kalli, Kori and Quinn; and several extended family members, including many aunts, uncles and cousins.
