Graveside services will be on Tuesday, August 11 at 10 a.m. at Moore Memorial Gardens at 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas 76012. Visitation will be on Monday, August 10 from 6-8p.m. at Moore Funeral Home.
Ruby was born in Colorado City, Texas on October 24, 1929, the third child and only daughter of Carlar Ray Lowrimore and Lillie Christmas. Though born in Texas, she was raised in Phoenix, Arizona where the family moved when she was 10 years old. She came back to Dallas, Texas in 1950 to marry and start a family. The family relocated to Houston, Texas in 1956 where she was a homemaker and raised her children. She moved back to Dallas/Fort Worth area in 1981.
She is retired from Bank of America in Dallas and Sam’s in Arlington in 1992.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Loy Lowrimore, Ray Junior Lowrimore, and James Lowrimore.
Those left to cherish her memory are son, Richard Kenneth Pierce, daughter, Pamela, her husband Scott Gordon, and grandson William ‘Batt’ Mastin, numerous other family and friends.
