Peggy was born in Stamford on Dec. 3, 1928. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E McCombs, and daughter, Martha McCombs.
Peggy will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Survivors: She is survived by daughters, Marsha McCombs, Diann Grounds and husband, Charles; grandchildren, Jessica Grounds and Ashley Grounds; sister, Wanda Skinner; and numerous nieces and nephews.
