Paul was born in Dallas, Texas on October 7, 1975. He attended and graduated from Brownwood High School.
He was engaged to Angie and was to be married on October 20, 2018. Paul had a career as a Communication Systems Engineers.
Paul was a sports enthusiast with a passion for Texas football. He loved his Brownwood Lions, Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys, and Texas Rangers.
He is survived by his mother Judy Fragua, fiancée Angie Webb, daughter Krista Fragua, son Scout Fragua, and brother Forrest Fragua.
A memorial service will be held at Moore Funeral Home on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
