Maria Milagros Obregon, 89, of Arlington passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013.
Service: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Maria Goretti with graveside to follow. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Moore Funeral Home.
Maria was born in Cuba on July 31, 1923. She received a Ph.D. in education from Cuba. Mara came to the United States in 1962, moved to Arlington in 1963, was a member of St. Maria Goretti for 50 years and had a passion for painting and dancing.
Survivors: She is survived by children, Alfredo, Carlos, Guillermo, Barbara and Marie; grandchildren, Christina, Nick, Caleb, Colton, Savannah and Meagan; great-granddaughter, Kynli.
