She was born on August 1, 1926 in Trussville, AL, and married Marcell K. McKinney on August 2, 1944. She was a fervent and enthusiastic Southern Baptist, a member of Mensa International, and had a passion for gardening, sewing and nature.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Gamble Martin and Teresa Elizabeth Allman Martin and beloved sons Gary Marcell McKinney and Glen Alan McKinney.
Survivors: Husband of 72 years, Marcell Kenneth McKinney; dear Sister-in-law Sue Wallis (husband Ronald); Daughter-in-law, Debbie McKinney; Sons, Michael McKinney (wife Patsy), and Douglas McKinney (wife Donna); Daughters, Joan Wilkinson (husband Jerry), and Teresa Baldwin (husband Dennis); 12 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
