Jose Alfredo Rangel was born August 17, 1976 in Dallas, Texas to Ruben Rangel Sr. and Patricia L. Wilhite. He passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 39. Survived by his wife Angelica Rangel. Mother Patricia Wilhite,brother Ruben Rangel, and sisters Meagan Aguayo,Felicia Wilhite and Stacy Wilhite. Also his dog Midnight Rangel.
