Harold Lee Roy Williams of Arlington, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at the age of 91.
He was born on October 2, 1933, in Turnersville, Texas, to Uriah Deloy Williams and Virgie Latham Williams. After high school he served his country in The United States Coast Guard.
