Mrs. Harris and her husband were stationed in many interesting places both abroad and in the United States. She was often a single parent during her husband’s numerous deployments and was the loving matriarch who always put her family first. They finally settled in El Paso, Texas for the next 40 years. She worked several years in sales where her enthusiasm and attentiveness earned her a loyal customer base. Mrs. Harris enjoyed bowling, spending time with her grandchildren, bingo, and entertaining others. As a hobby, she made therapeutic rice bags for the comfort of family and friends, which made their way to various countries. Mrs. Harris was the life of the party!
