Gerald Stephen Brown, 89, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday April 8, 2024 at his home in Arlington. FUNERAL MASS: 11:00 AM Friday May 10, 2024 at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. 1200 S. Davis, Arlington, TX 76013. He graduated from Sunset High School in 1953. He studied German and Business at Arlington State College. He joined the army at 18 years old and was stationed in Germany in the 1950s. He started his career at American Airlines. He was recruited by Lufthansa German Airlines, where he worked in sales in downtown Dallas until his retirement. Gerald spent his life serving others. He was a member and officer in many fraternal societies. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Helen Brown, and his son, William.
SURVIVORS: Wife of 61 years, Clotilde; daughter, Stephani; son-in-law, Brian; and grandsons, Grant and Austin; and his extended family including many nieces and nephews.
