Estelle was born on June 4, 1925 in Amarillo, Texas, to Clarence and Martha (Austin) Giles, the third oldest of fourteen children.
Estelle was a phenomenal Mother, Sister, Aunt, Mother-in-law, Grandmother, and Great-grandmother. She worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., Taylor Evans Farm Store, Amarillo AFB and Bell Helicopter where she retired at the age of 65. During her tenure with Bell Helicopter, she was a Material Administrator and was proud to be the Secretary for the Union for many years.
At the request of her children, Estelle moved to Arlington, Texas where she resided since 2012.
Estelle is survived by two loving children and their spouses, Diana (Jim) Koskinen of Durango, Colorado; Dennis (Joyce) Brown of Arlington, Texas. She has 4 grandchildren, Kim Clark of Dillon, Colorado; Michelle (Scott) Luzader of Mansfield, Texas; Rachael (Jason) Nikl of Arlington, Texas; Todd (Melissa) Koskinen of Durango, Colorado and 5 great-grandchildren, Kenna and Kallan Luzader; Whitney and Jaxon Nikl and Julia Koskinen.
Estelle is also survived by her two loving sisters Judy (Jerry) Van Noy of Amarillo, Texas and Sarah (Bob) Brennenstuhl of Castle Rock, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Martha (Austin) Giles, her siblings,
Leroy, Betty, Pauline, Donald, Clarence (CL), Martha, Joyce, Jennie, and three infant siblings, Elvin, Earline and William.
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 19 at Llano Cemetery Chapel, 2900 Hays Street, in Amarillo, Texas. In lieu of lowers, we request your thoughts and prayers for family, friends and all the hearts she lovingly touched.
