Sister Theresa Weber, Sister of the Living Word, passed on into the arms of our loving God on October 10, 2024, at the age of 96. Her service as a religious woman of 80 years included being a house mother in the St. Vincent Orphanage, near St. Louis, MO, service to her community, and for many years using her gerontology education and skills in various nursing homes and residences in Detroit, Michigan. She was a dedicated and loving community member and will be dearly missed. Her last years were spent at Ascension Resurrection Life Center in Chicago, and the care she received was greatly appreciated. Donations would be appreciated to the Sisters of the Living Word.
