Jacqueline C. Collins, 93, of Arlington Heights was born October 4, 1929 in Evergreen Park to John and Laura (Snyder) LaVine and passed away October 21, 2022.
Jacqueline was the loving mother of Philip (Christine) Collins; cherished grandmother of Laura (Allan) Leishman, Sarah (Nick Roman) Collins and Matthew Collins; great-grandmother of Parker and Charlotte and dear sister of the late Loretta Hohman, Gene Klinker, John LaVine, James LaVine, Elaine Hutchinson and Diane Bertocchi.
Family and friends will gather at 10:45 AM on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Beverly Cemetery, 12000 S. Kedzie Avenue in Blue Island for a Committal Service at 11:00 AM.
