Survivors include her son, Roy Steve Sink and his wife Cindy of Trinity, NC.; Sisters, Josephine parker, of Hoquiam, WA., Maude Guffey of Andrews, NC and Lucy Pendergrass, also of Andrews, NC ; Brothers, Bob Neal and his wife Helen of Andrews, NC., Paul Neal and his wife Kate of Chatsworth, GA., and Dave Neal of Aquone, NC.
Marie had a saying, “the more the merrier”, and that’s how she lived her life. She loved being surrounded by her family and friends more than anything in the world. She enjoyed sewing and quilting, had a true passion for bird watching and gardening and was loved by everyone she came in contact with.
A service has been scheduled for Sunday at 3:00pm in the chapel at Sechrest Funeral Service in Archdale. Reverend Howard Burgess will officiate. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
