Edward Wayne Campbell

Edward Wayne Campbell, age 73, of Thomasville, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022. Edward was born July 17, 1948 in High Point, NC to Mildred Parker Brown Campbell and Conley WIlber Campbell.

Edward was a beloved son, brother, father and grandfather who will be dearly missed by all. Edward loved going on trips to the beach and spending time fishing with friends and family. Family was Edward's life and what gave him purpose, he loved them very much.

Edward is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia Griffin Campbell; his daughter Cynthia Campbell Herndon; and his son Guilford Wayne Campbell; his brother Larry Campbell and wife Clarensie, his brother David Campbell, his brother Ronnie Campbell and wife Patsy and his brother Rex Campbell and wife Sheryl; his grandchild Christopher Andrew Herndon, his grandchild Nolan Tripp Herndon, his grandchild Kaden Alexander Campbell and his great grandchild Maddox Herndon.

Edward was preceded in death by his father Conley WIlber Campbell and his mother Mildred Parker Brown Campbell; his sister Debbie Stroud; his sister Melanie Jaglowski; his brother Kenneth Campbell; his sister Shirley Tollison and his sister-in-law Hazel Campbell.

A celebration of life for Edward will be held Friday, May 27, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Archdale, 120 Trindale Rd, Archdale, North Carolina 27263.
