Martha Susan Durham of Cary, North Carolina died at her home on November 10, 2024.
Susan was born in Memphis, Tennessee to Jesse and Sue Gaddy Durham. Susan attended school in Tucker, Georgia. After graduating from Tucker High School she received a BS from Belmont University in Nashville then an MBA from the University of Washington.
Her entire work life of twenty-five and a half years was devoted to the University of North Carolina. She leaves a wonderful work family at the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center where she spent the last eighteen and a half years.
Susan is preceded in death by her father Jesse Durham and older brother Tommy Durham. She is survived by her loving mother Sue Gaddy Durham and many cousins.
Private memorial services are being planned.
