Murrial was born on June 16, 1930 in Johnston County, NC to the late Joe and Lola Bissette. Murrial was the longtime owner and operator of Apex Seafood. Murrial lived a full and vibrant life, some of her favorite past times included visiting the beach, the mountains, fishing, and spending time with her church, family, and friends. Murrial loved the Lord deeply and there isn’t a visit with her any of us can remember where she didn’t praise Him through song and remind us of His love for us.
In addition to her parents, Murrial is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Langley; sisters, Nancy Stephenson and Lola May Bissette Skok; brothers, Gordon Bissette, EC Bissette and Bill Bissette.
She is survived by her daughters, Candace Langley, Edna Mozingo (Gene), and Maxine Smith; sisters, Pat Roberson and Jean Bundy (Wayne); brothers, Larry Bissette (Sharon), Donald Gray Bissette; grandchildren, Keith, Nelson (Denise), Brian (Sarah), Doug and Samantha; and great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brian Jr, Mathew, Johnathon and Michael.
A funeral service for Murrial will be held Monday, February 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Good Hope Baptist Church, 6636 Good Hope Church Rd, Cary, NC 27519. A graveside service will occur Monday, February 14, 2022 at Apex Cemetery, 100 Upchurch St, Apex, NC 27502. A visitation will occur Monday, February 14, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 6636 Good Hope Church Rd, Cary, NC 27519.
