Clara was born April 7, 1921 in Wake County, NC to the late Ulius and Susie Goodwin. She was employed as a sales clerk with WT Grants retiring after many years of service. Clara was a member of Olive Chapel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy T. Reams; brothers, Dewey, Leon, and Glenn Goodwin; and sister, Louise Mace.
Clara is survived by many nieces and nephews; and sister-in-laws, Florine and Margaret,
The family will receive friends 12pm-2pm on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams Street, Apex, NC 27502. A graveside service will follow at 2:30pm at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh.
