I am saddened to learn of Annie’s passing. I had the privilege of working with her at Moore & Johnson for many years.  She was a beautiful lady inside and out. Her passion for gardening always inspired me. Lifting her family and many friends up during this difficult time. 


I worked with Annie at Moore and Johnson. She gave me great advice both personal and professional that I will always treasure.  She was a hard working amazing lady that loved her family and gardening so much! She will always hold a special place in my heart. 
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time.

Annie and I shared an office for many years.  She is one of the most genuine people I have ever met.  I always think of her when I see a beautiful garden.  Prayers for her family in this most difficult time.

Charlie and I are sad to learn today of Annie's passing. We knew her for 10+ years at Moore & Johnson Agency. I appreciated Annie's no-nonsense, practical approach to her work and her life, and I considered her a friend. I am comforted by personal knowledge of her Christian faith and service to others. You are in a real garden now, Annie. Rest easy. We pray that the family receives comfort and peace in this certainty and in the memories of a life well lived.

Billy, Dwayne an I are so sorry to learn of Annie's passing.   Along time ago Polly,Annie and I rode to work with Mr.Wilbur Franklin and we had some great times together. She was a sweet, caring  and loving person.   I was young and she made me feel like her and Polly were my Mother.  I will never forget the fun and great times we had.  Sorry we cannot make it to the service,but will have you in our thoughts and prayers.  God Bless You!

Alan & I extend our sympathies to Billy and Johnathan and all the family. Ms. Annie as we knew her was extra special to us and Billy too. We are hurt for you all!! I will never forget Annie being so kind and gracious to us and to my children! I will never forget you Annie!! See you in heaven one day!!

Ms. Annie would always fix me an extra breakfast sandwich in the mornings before taking Jonathan and I to school. She took care of me like her own child. I always remember her working in the garden. She will be missed. My condolences and love to the family.

You will be missed! Thank you for your love of me and my family growing up in Apex all of those years. I was always treated like a son in your presence.  You and Billy and Jonathan are like family to me. I am honored to be officiating the service for you on Thursday. Love you and we will meet again on the other side!

I wish I had met Billy and Annie earlier.  My time with Mrs. Annie was short, but I enjoyed every minute that I was able to be with her. I loved when she would laugh and her smile was beautiful. Dementia steals people’s memory but she never forgot how much she loved Billy. She loved his kisses and always kissed him back. I loved hearing her giggle when Billy would tell me funny stories. On Thursday she mostly slept, but when he leaned down to “get her sugar” she opened her eyes and kissed him right back. Pretty sure that was the most special, sweet kiss I have ever seen ❤️. Billy is the epitome of what a husband is called by God to be. Over the last few weeks, holding her hand was what I looked forward to most. I miss  Mrs. Annie already, but I’m going to hold all my special moments with her close to my heart until I see her again.

Annie was such a great classmate. She was always kind and always had a smile. Enjoyed driving by her home to see her lovely flowers.
