 Cully and I were saddened to hear of Mike's passing.  Mike was a true  model railroader and was so creative and did excellent work on his railroad.   We remember the times we went out for dinners and train rides.  He will always be one of our special friends.   God Bless and take care.

He truly was a special guy, so intelligent in all that he did. 
I had the privilege to go to his house and see the train set he had mastered.
One train was over 160 car’s long in length, going through two rooms in his basement, at least 12 tracks wide, and a train on every track. The collection he had was unbelievable.  The collection of locomotive engines in cases mounted on the wall, was so amazing.   There must have been dozens of them.
He used to tell me that he would go and setup displays all over the cities.  
He truly will be missed. 🙏

It has been years.... Since I helped build you a model railroad layout in your basement.   I wonder what will become of your model trains.

Life ends with a caboose.  Hope yours is a good one.
