Eunice LaVerne Larson, 90, passed away September 20, 2022, at home in Anoka, MN. Born in Pelican Rapids, MN, Eunice was the daughter of Edwin and Mabel Dillerud. She attended St Luke's hospital nursing program where she became an LPN. Eunice was a nurse for several years, home economics teacher and picture framer. Her greatest joy was raising 7 children. Eunice enjoyed teaching Sunday school, attending BSF, and leading neighbourhood Bible Studies. Eunice loved baking bread, Christmas treats and Norwegian pastries. She also enjoyed ceramics, stamping handmade cards, crocheting Afghans and playing cards and games.
Eunice will be deeply missed by sons Gary (Beth), Keith, Wayne (Brenda), Brad (Julie), Dan (Sandy), Mark (Jill); 19 grandchildren: Jeff (Grace) and Jon (Christy), Ryan (Megh), Brad and Patrick (Kendall), Josh, Caleb, Drew and Abby, Brandon (Kayla) and Brock (Katie), Jennifer (Josh), David, Nathan (Brianna) and Grant (Kayla), Jes (Chris) and Nykeigh, Corey and Taylor; 19 great-grandchildren and sister Arlene and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Don of 65 years, daughter Barbara, parents Edwin and Mabel, siblings Birdella, Arlette, Merle, Delores and Elwin.
A Celebration of Life is planned for 11 AM Tuesday October 11, 2022 at Constance Free Church 16150 Crosstown Blvd NW, Andover, MN with visitation beginning at 10 AM. A reception will be held at the church immediately following her service. Private family burial will take place.
