She was born on August 2, 1936 in Bock, MN to Sarah and Elmer Lofgren. She graduated from Anoka High School.
She is survived by 3 sons, Greg (and Rosa), Andover, Kerry (and Debra), Maple Grove, Scott (and Sheri), Maple Grove; 2 sisters Janice Ebel, Chicago, Marlys (and Orlin) Bowitz, Outing; 6 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Darlene loved spending time with her extended family. It was one of the greatest joys of her life.
Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 11:00 am, at Zion Lutheran Church, 1601 Fourth Avenue S., Anoka, with visitation one hour prior.
