William Lester Cain

William is survived by his daughter Cindy Mosley; his sons Lamar Cain (Amy) and Timothy Cain (Elizabeth); his grandchildren Sydney Woodrow (Trevor), Shelby Cain, Zachary Cain, Hannah Cain, Jason Mosley, and Josh Mosley, his great grandchildren Parker Dodge Woodrow, Pacey Jane Woodrow, Dawson Mosley, Mason Mosley, Aryan Mosley and Jason Mosley Jr. and several nieces and nephews.

William was preceded in death by his wife Nellie Cain; his son WIlliam Jerrell Cain and his parents Joe and Winfred Cain.

A visitation for William will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary & Crematory, 1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, Alabama 36201, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM with Pastor James Abernathy officiating.

William will be laid to rest in Maple Grove, Cane Creek Farm Road, Alexandria, AL following the service.

Serving as pallbearers are Jason Mosley, Josh Mosley, Trevor Woodrow and Marcell Gentes.

William attended First Congregational Methodist Church of Wellborn for several years. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather, and he will be greatly missed.
