He is survived by his sister, Patricia Ann Farrar, sister-in-law June Hollingsworth, nieces, Amy Minor and Deana (Wayne) Jackson, two nephews, Todd (Leslie) Hollingsworth and Brent (Robin) Hollingsworth. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruth (Wynn) Hollingsworth, brother, Bob Hollingsworth, and many special aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the caring professionals at Huntsville Hospital, Aspire Rehab Facility, the Clare Bridge Community at Brookdale, and Fresenius Dialysis Center, who lovingly cared for him during his illness.
