Funeral service for Sylvia Marie Tuck, 85 of Anniston will be at Hillcrest Baptist Church, Sunday January 29, 2023 at 4 PM. Visitation for Sylvia Marie Tuck, will be on Sunday January 29, 2023, from 2 pm until 4:00 pm at Hillcrest Baptist Church. Rev. Brandon Tuck and Rev. Jonathan Pitts will be officiating. Burial will be Monday, January 30 at 11:00 EST at Floyd Memory Gardens, 895 Cartersville Hwy., Rome, GA 30161.
Ms. Tuck is survived by her daughter, Teena Tuck Nolen; son, Ralph ‘Chuck’ Tuck Jr. (Gail); grandchildren; Jason Pitts (Dana), Jonathan Pitts (Monica), Brandon Tuck (Melanie), Cory Tuck and Anthony Tuck; great-grandchildren, Morgan Pitts Vice, Hayden Pitts, Shelby Tuck, Carter Tuck, Amy Tuck, Cooper Tuck, Caleb Pitts, Abby Pitts, Micah Pitts; great great-grandchildren, Ruby Pitts and Emersyn Vice; nephews, Hoyt ‘Bud’ Gamblin and Matt Gamblin.
She is preceded in death by her Son, David Lamar Tuck; parents, Tommie and Octie Gamblin; brother, Hoyt Lloyd Gamblin, and sister, Elsie Mae Van Law.
Pallbearers will be Caleb Pitts, Micah Pitts, Hayden Pitts, Anthony Tuck, Matt Gamblin and Bud Gamblin.
Ms. Tuck was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved her family dearly. She loved Bible Studies, music and enjoyed learning and communicating with the deaf and her friends. Ms. Tuck was a longtime member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
