Roberta Griffith Neighbors

Funeral services for Roberta Griffith Neighbors, 83, of Anniston will be 1:00 pm, Friday, March 1, 2013 at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Bro. Jim Kelly and Pastor Bob St. John officiating. Burial will follow at Edgemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Neighbors passed away Tuesday at Noland Hospital.

Survivors include her daughter, Cindy Fair (Larry) of Anniston; son, Mike Neighbors (Kathy) of Alabaster; grandchildren, Christina St. John (Jonathan), Carrie Friday (Anthony), Matthew Neighbors, (Sarah) and Jennefer Neighbors; great-grandchildren, Ansleigh Friday, Addisyn Friday, Tyler St. John and Walker St. John; sisters, Eleanor Taylor of Arab and Theta Perry (Lamar) of Heflin; brother, Edward Griffith (Oleta) of Calhoun, GA; sisters-in-law, Rene Griffith and Mary Neighbors; brothers-in-law, Tommy Nabors and Frank Neighbors; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Neighbors is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Louis Neighbors; daughter, Pamela Sue Neighbors and brothers, Tommy Griffith and James Griffith.

Mrs. Neighbors was a member of West Park Heights Baptist Church and retired from Flowers Bakery.
