Ricky Joe Ponder

Graveside service for Mr. Ponder will be 2 pm Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Pine Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12 - 1:30 pm at the funeral home.

Survivors include his Aunt, Neita Ponder, Cousins, Donna Konkel (Bobby), Keith Ponder (Michelle), Chris Ponder (Heather), Jessica Ponder and Terry Rickson (Janice), second cousins, Greyson Ponder, Zaiden Ponder, Sophia Ponder, Brody Ponder, Brooke Brooks, Jared Ponder and Logan Ponder.

Mr. Ponder is preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Ruth Ponder.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Konkel, Keith Ponder, Logan Ponder, Jared Ponder, Chris Ponder, Brody Ponder.

Mr. Ponder was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He was a graduate of Wellborn High School. Mr. Ponder loved to read, play the guitar and watch Alabama football.
