Private graveside service for Richard G. “Biscuit” Williams, 77 of Anniston will be Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at Anniston Memorial Gardens with Jason Hail officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:00 - 1:30 PM at Gray Brown-Service. Mr. Williams passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at RMC.
Survivors include His sons, Richard Lee Williams and wife Kathryn and Mark Williams, grandson, Lucas Williams, sister, Ann Williams Jones.
Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his wife, Helen Hinds Williams, parents, Shirley and Lou Williams, sisters, Virginia Dorman, Shirley Wilson and Dr. Gladys Sunner, brothers, Donald Williams, Norman Williams and Lewis Williams.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Mr. Williams honor to the American Cancer Society, 1100 Ireland Way, Birmingham, AL 35205.
Mr. Williams was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He attended Leatherwood Baptist Church. Mr. Williams retired from the Anniston Police Department after 20 years of service and he also retired from Regional Medical Center as a security guard.
