Louise is remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, including as a “Sponsor Mom” to numerous midshipmen over the years.
Louise graduated with a degree in nursing from Creighton University. She worked as a nurse for over sixty years serving patients and hospitals world-wide, including in Weisbaden, Germany – where she met her husband, Robert - and in Okinawa, Japan. She most recently worked at the Maryland School for the Deaf.
Louise is survived by three children: R. Thaddeus (Kim), Karen Hrubiak (John) and Matthew (Robin Keida); her five grandchildren: Meredith, Cooper, Sofia, Annaliese and Benjamin, her sister Cathy Hammer and sisters-in-law Virginia Vayda, Antoinette Pazderka and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by husband Robert, parents Anton and Mary Pazderka, brothers Tom, William and John Pazderka, brother-in-law Vincent Vayda and sisters-in-law Mary (Haselton) Pazderka and Edna Vayda.
Visitation: Tuesday, April 18, 3 PM – 5:30 PM, John M. Taylor Funeral Home
