Cheryl was born in Annapolis, in 1945. She married Norman Westly “Spike” Davis on June 15th, 1962.
Cheryl enjoyed painting, crocheting, and ceramics. She drove cross-country and travelled across the world on many cruises.
She loved music, and had a deep compassion for all animals. She especially loved the many pets she raised, which she often referred to as her sons and daughters. Her generous nature lent itself to a love of Christmas, where her greatest joy expressed itself in the spirit of giving.
Cheryl dedicated her life to raising her children, volunteering her time in support of the activities and organizations they were involved with, including the Cub Scouts of America where she took an active role as a Den Mother.
Later, she began her career with the Comptroller of Maryland, Revenue Administration Division where she earned the respect of her colleagues and made many lasting friendships.
Her friends and family will cherish the memories of her witty and sarcastic sense of humor and her exceptionally charitable nature.
