Patricia Ann Tomlin passed away March 30, 2015 at Glacier Hills Care and Rehabilitation Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan after a long illness. She was 82. Pat was the daughter of Ruth (Jones) and Jay Tomlin; she was preceded in death by her brother James. Pat was born and raised in Chicago. She later moved east to attend Mount Holyoke College, where she was active in the drama program. She subsequently pursued graduate study at the University of California Berkeley. Pat loved nature and the outdoors, and she traveled to several national parks, documenting her trips with beautiful photographs. She also enjoyed reading. Pat spent most of her professional life employed at the University of Michigan. She is survived by a niece and nephew.
