Millie was my neighbor for 30 years and she added sparkle to the neighborhood. She was a grand lady in so many ways. I recall with fondness watching her come home from her morning swim with the Dawn Ducklings. Such a love of life, and she contributed so much to the lives of others. I feel privileged to have known her.

We will miss Millie, our dear friend. Nancy and Millie enjoyed many “Power Lunches” with Lois DeLeon. Millie taught us how to hang a gallery and display art. We also enjoyed Millie, Lee, and Lisa’s New Year’s gatherings. We are so sad to say goodbye to our inspiring friend.

Dear Lisa, Mike, and Chris,  
Heartfelt condolences on the loss of your wonderful, vibrant, and stylish mother.  My dad, Lionel Guregian was a childhood friend of ..your mom's and your aunt Ginnie's from Highland Park, while my mother Carol was a friend and sorority sister from Michigan State Normal who shared your mother's love of beautiful things.  When my mother took up weaving in her late 60's it was your mom who helped her get started and provided inspiration and connection to other weavers.  It was a true thrill to see your mom again at the Michigan Theater for White Christmas two years ago.  She was one-of-a-kind, and we won't see the likes of her again.   I will never forget her.
