Patricia Isenberger, age 69, of Ames, Iowa, passed away on Friday June 12,2020. A visitation with the family will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. at Nevada Baptist Church in Nevada, Iowa. A memorial service will be held at the church the following day, Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place on a later date in the Iowa Veterans’ Cemetery in Adel, Iowa.
Pat was born April 12, 1951 to James and Isobella (Stewart) Feechan in Leven, Fife, Scotland. She attended Dundee Royal Infirmary School of Nursing in Dundee, Scotland and received her S.E.N. certificate. Pat met Greg Isenberger, who was stationed in Scotland with the U.S. Navy, and they were united in marriage in Montrose, Scotland June 3, 1972. Together they raised one daughter. In Pat’s working life she was a sales consultant for Crown Jewelry, as well as a nurses aid in several nursing homes around the mid-west. She was a member of Gideons Auxillary and enjoyed handing out Bibles and sharing her faith in Jesus.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 48 years, Greg Isenberger, their daughter, Kirstin Madden; and niece and nephews, Tricia Steven of East Wemyss, Scotland, Paul Feechan of Edinburgh, Scotland, Eric Drummond of Burnham-on-sea, England and Brian Drummond of Bryan, Texas. Those who passed before her were her parents, a brother and sister-in-law, John and Anna Feechan, and a sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Tam Drummond.
