Mary Marler passed away on January 19, 2023 at the age of 91 in Cedar Rapids Iowa. She was born in Dysart, Iowa on June 11, 1931, the daughter of George and Anna Hay. Mary was married to William Marler in 1986 in Tampa Florida where she made her home.
Mary was a registered nurse having graduated from Mercy Hospital School of nursing in Cedar Rapids Iowa in 1952 and retiring from nursing in 1992, after serving 40 years. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Mary is survived by three children, Theresa (Richard) Thomas of Cedar Rapids, Diana Ealy (Patrick Wedmore) of Belle Plaine, Iowa, and Thomas Koeppen Belle Plaine, Iowa; sister, Corinne Holland of Zephyrhills,Florida; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and one brother.
