Phyllis was born in Amarillo, Texas on May 20, 1954 and was a resident here her whole life. She was always helping others out and was an avid gardener with a green thumb.
Survivors include children; Jennifer Harwell, Apryl Wolford, Cora Baugher, and Annie Baugher; 13 grandkids; and 3 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
