Margaret Pearson, 104, of Amarillo died December 29, 2021. Graveside services will be January 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Llano Cemetery. Margaret was born in Minneapolis, MN on March 2, 1917 and lived many years in Chicago, IL and Amarillo, Texas. Margaret worked as a nurse, enjoyed gardening and was a talented artist and an avid reader. In 2001, she traveled to Bergen, Norway from which her Amundson grandparents immigrated to the USA in 1867. She will be missed. She is survived by son Robert Lee Pearson and daughter Margery McCort, five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband James, and sons James Douglas, Richard Lee, and Ronald Lee and her sister Agnes.
