He was a great individual in a very dear friend for my time ar Father Ryan High School and I can’t think of anybody that was a better friend. He was always cheerful and just a nice guy. He will be sorely missed.

I never heard a negative thought or word from Donnie-ever . He was a good man .Gino Marchetti!

I have many fond memories of going to Christ the King elementary school in Nashville TN with Donny. We played football together and it was a great team and we all had wonderful times.

Don was the Missile Technician on the COMSUBRON 14 staff when I was the Squadron Weapons Officer.  A fantastic technician, superb leader and good friend. 

I kept in touch off and on.  I will miss his quick wit and good nature.

Don was a great friend and mentor for many years. He was an amazing story teller and golfer. I always enjoyed time with Donnie. Prayers for Pat and the family. He will be truly missed. 

What a great guy. At the funeral for my son I glanced over at Don and he gave me a wink. I knew then that I was going to make it. Don was only one of two people that my son Charles would let call him Charlie. I’ll really miss Don.

Don was a good friend, and one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. Prayers for Pat and his daughters and grandkids. Rest In Peace Master Chief.

Don was a great guy. He had a big heart and would help anyone. I loved working with Don and playing golf with Don. He always had a great story to tell or a great prank to pull. My hearts broken for Pat the girls and his grandchildren. 

Donnie was my mentor and friend.  He will be missed!  Pat, thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

Donnie was a great friend. He was also my Weapon’s Department Chief Petty Officer on Von Steuben. He had a great impact on my career. Don  pulled my daughters first tooth. We kept in touch for a while after we retired. Playing golf with him in the rain at the Air Force Academy Golf Courses are wonderful memories for me. Just the fact that he would drive down to be with me is special to me. I know his family is hurting now and I offer my heartfelt condolences.
